Job Goal:
Manage a diverse caseload of subsidized slots, helping with the dual authorizations, and ensure paperwork is accurate. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and have excellent organization and customer service skills.

Special Requirements:
BA preferred or AA degree in ECE or equivalent combination of education and experience while working on degree completion
Must have reliable transportation
Qualifications:
Knowledge of:
Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Word, Excel
Community services for families
Familiar with child care licensing requirements statewide
Customer service skills
EEC management systems
Ability to:
Communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
Be organized and use effective time management
Facilitate positive communication with customers
Work collaboratively with agency staff as well as outside community agencies
Responsibilities:
Mange the EEC background check for outside providers and CS staff
Intakes and reassessments for subsidized slots
Help with the EEC dual authorization for slots
Maintain files
Data input
Keeping current with EEC policies & guidelines for childcare agencies
Terms of Employment:
Yearly Appointment
School Year Schedule (September 2022–June 2023)
2 days per week / 5-6 hours per week
Out of regular school/work hours
Location: Central Office / Community Schools
Salary: $25 per
hour work / Up to 8 hours per week
