Carlton Fields is seeking an associate to join its Hartford employment and education litigation practice group. Although recent law school graduates will be considered, one to three years of general litigation experience is preferable. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. The ideal candidate will also have judicial clerkship experience, will be admitted to practice in Connecticut, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
