Zeno Chicago is looking for an entry-level paid media specialist to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate should have a mix of paid social, SEM, display, and analytics experience, including working on top brands. This person will be responsible for executing the day-to-day execution of client programming and reporting.As an Assistant Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for articulating creative concepts for brand digital channels based on target audience, brand positioning/category, and SEM best practices. This will include ideas for copywriting and channel integration. This candidate should be highly creative and a strong writer, with a deep knowledge of creative best practices across platforms and channels.You’ll play a role in executing paid social advertising on various channels, primarily Facebook and Instagram, but also Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. You’ll also play a role in executing display advertising. This candidate should have at minimum a foundational understanding of display and be interested/willing to grow and become an expert in this space. Finally, we are also looking for a candidate who is analytically minded and likes getting in the weeds onperformance data to uncover trends and learnings.Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is eager and ambitious. ','!*!About You1-3 years of experience in paid social, SEM, display, and/or digital role Minimum of bachelor’s degree in journalism, PR, marketing, or other related Strong understanding of performance metrics, media optimization, and the ability to spot trends Experience in bid management and tracking solutions (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.) Experience with amplifying social media content using paid on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, using either

basic targeting or data-driven tactics (e.g. retargeting, lookalikes, etc.) Stellar copywriting skills, including experience writing social and search ad copy for brands Proficiency in SEO and content marketing platforms (BrightEdge, Moz Pro, SEMRush) Proficiency in Google Analytics and various ad platforms Excellent time management skills and highly organized, with experience working simultaneously on multiple

clients and projects Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications, especially Powerpoint Pluses: Experience with top consumer brands Experience with cross-channel integration Google Skillshop certified in Google Ads, Display, or Analytics Proficiency in Google Tag Manager or Google Data Studio
