Entry Level IT Jobs

An entry-level IT engineer is responsible for defining the roadmap of software development projects. This encompasses ensuring the adequate resources, budgets, and technology to meet the projects deadline. In addition, an entry-level IT engineer assist the project managers and project leaders and ensures the optimal allocation of personnel to the projects and ultimately leading to effective project management. An entry-level IT engineer is expected to keep abreast of technology and organization development in the professional field to improve the knowledge and expertise within the department. An entry-level IT engineer drive the communication and adoption of information standards (master data related) developed in process & information convergence program with other IT strategy program (e.g. CD stack).

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer/ electronics/ telecommunication/ engineering/ computer science is must for a job as entry-level IT engineer. An entry-level IT engineer should have enough knowledge of developing SQL Server 2000 and database management system. An entry-level IT engineer also needs sound knowledge of developing port Linux/WinCE/RTOS BSPs and tool-chains for multimedia processor SoCs.
