Entry-Level Human Resources Jobs

An entry-level human resources officer should be able to maintain manpower planning, recruitment, induction/training, performance appraisal and ratings. An entry-level human resources job also includes planning and execution of employee motivational as also welfare activities. An entry-level human resources officer introduces, evaluates, monitors, and reviews HR & admin policies and recommendation for amendments. An entry-level human resources officer manages human resources function for the company, to include training, employment, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, employee health and wellness, employee development and safety, as well as federal, state and local employment legislation; provides service to internal and external customers.

For entry-level human resources job a bachelor's degree in HR management is required; master's degree or some HR experience may be a plus. An entry-level human resources officer should have demonstrate knowledge of state/federal employment laws, state worker's compensation laws, as well as other regulatory agency standards, and the ability to apply them in operational situation. An entry-level human resources officer should have ability to organize, coordinate, and implement all functions of the HR department.
