Entry Level Corporate Associate
The candidate' must be a first-year Corporate associate (2022 JD) to support the firm’s corporate department in the areas of M&A, private equity, finance, capital markets, and funds. Some former work experience in M&A and/or private equity transactional experience is preferred, but not required. In addition to excellent academic credentials, all candidates should possess strong analytical, writing, and verbal skills. All candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar or have taken the July 2022 New York Bar Exam and be awaiting results.
