Winston & Strawn's Chicago office is looking for a first-year Corporate associate (2022 JD) to support the firm’s corporate department in the areas of M&A, private equity, finance, capital markets, and funds. Some former work experience in M&A and/or private equity transactional experience is preferred, but not required. In addition to excellent academic credentials, all candidates should possess strong analytical, writing, and verbal skills. All candidates must be admitted to the Illinois State Bar or be registered to take the July 2022 Illinois Bar Exam.
