Entry level Business professionals manage the operational and fiscal activities of the department to include staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals. Entry level Business professionals plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department. They also analyze and document business processes and problems. They are also responsible to develop solutions to enhance efficiencies. Entry level Business professionals coordinate and implement solutions from process analysis and general department projects. Most of them have to direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports. They also supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Entry level Business professionals assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems. Entry level Business professionals also coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels. They are also responsible for scheduling and conducting department meetings.
