Entry-Level Attorney Jobs

Entry-Level Attorneys are also termed as first year associates or upcoming recent graduates who land jobs depending on their GPAs and their in-house projects when securing the JD degree. They assist the senior attorneys in providing legal counsel on issues arising from actual or anticipated lawsuits. Entry-Level Attorneys anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company. They develop and recommend company policy and position on legal issues. Entry-Level Attorneys also conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues. Entry-Level Attorneys have to represent the Company or its officials in various legal proceedings. They also participate and assist in preparing legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations, etc. Entry-Level Attorneys write and administer complex vendor, client, and employment contracts and develop and recommend of operating policy and procedural improvements.

The Entry-Level Attorneys should at least be JDs (Juris Doctor) and preferably law graduates with LL.M. The GPA score is vital for their careers.
